  2) fill out the highlighted fields to indicate the quantity of each item you wish to order.  The form will calculate your total, including postage. 

  3)  Please either a) save the form to your computer and email it to seedlings@aol.com or b) print and mail it to Seedlings, Inc.  P.O. Box 7544, Beaumont, TX 77726-7544.
